Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, harmed in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us with photographs of the product and the parcel. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
Return conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Because these products are inhaled or applied to the skin, we cannot accept returns of opened items except where the item is faulty.
Time limit
Please tell us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once we have checked and approved the return, we refund through the method you paid with and keep you informed at every step.
