How much is shipping?
Shipping is THB 40 anywhere in Thailand, and free on orders of THB 500 or more.
How can I pay?
Choose cash on delivery, or bank transfer. If you choose transfer, our team sends the account details on LINE once your order is confirmed.
When will my order arrive?
After you place your order, our team contacts you to confirm the items and tell you the delivery schedule.
How do I check my order status?
Enter the order number beginning with HN on the order tracking page, or send that number to our team on LINE.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Contact our team with your order number as soon as possible.
Products and use
What is in the Hanuman herbal inhaler?
The core formula uses six herbs: cardamom, clove, aromatic ginger, eucalyptus, angelica root and sa mun waeng bark.
Are the products registered?
Every one. The drug registration or cosmetic notification number for each product is shown on its product page and on the label.
Can children or pregnant women use it?
Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use, and always keep the product out of reach of children.
How do I keep the aroma strong?
Close the lid firmly after every use and store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
What if it irritates my skin?
Stop using it immediately and consult a doctor. These products are for inhalation and external use only and must never be swallowed.
